Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead and oversee technology-driven projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while tracking progress.
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration between IT, business units, and vendors.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues.
  • Ensure projects comply with company policies, security standards, and industry best practices.
  • Oversee software development, infrastructure upgrades, or system implementation projects.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Utilize Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies for effective project execution.
  • Manage resource allocation, procurement, and third-party vendor relationships.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
  • Understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and risk management capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or ITIL.
  • Experience managing enterprise IT projects (ERP, CRM, cloud migration, cybersecurity).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and IT service management framework
