Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team and help drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and expertise in data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, uncover insights, and support strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Optimize data collection processes and ensure data integrity.
• Work with SQL databases to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data analysis processes and methodologies.
• Support A/B testing, forecasting, and market trend analysis.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to data analytics best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business questions into data-driven insights.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial, e-commerce, healthcare, or SaaS analytics.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data engineering concepts.
• Certification in data analytics or business intelligence tools.
